The authors of this systematic review discuss empirical evidence regarding gender equality in psychological science. Compared to other STEM fields, psychology - as a discipline - has made significant progress toward gender equality. However, there are still notable gender gaps in productivity and other ratings of eminence. The factors that contribute to these gaps are discussed, along with the current evidence-based approaches that may help advance women in psychological science. Read the full paper here.
