The decision of TU Eindhoven to only recruit women for scientific positions through its Irène Curie Fellowship program for the time being, see also our previous message here, had a succesful start. In six months time, the approach has resulted in the recruitment of 35 top scientists, which has more than doubled the growth of women in scientific positions.
